Darryl Terrio & Sharon Terrio
Darryl and Sharon bring over 60 years of combined experience to the real estate industry. In 2004, Darryl purchased a real estate franchise, and Sharon, who was the administrator involved in the sale, played a key role in the process. Eight months later, they were married, and in 2024, they celebrated 19 years together. Over the years, they have witnessed numerous changes in the industry and have seen many real estate companies come and go.
Sharon has been an integral part of the real estate industry's backend since 1992, working in various roles such as conveyancing, administration, and management. Darryl began his career in real estate sales in 1992, specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties.
In 2018, Darryl seized the opportunity to manage the commercial offices for RE/MAX in Calgary and Red Deer. By the end of 2019, his Calgary team ranked #4 in Western Canada. Throughout his career, Darryl has been recognized for his passion and professionalism, earning several achievement awards.
In January 2020, Darryl and Sharon purchased RE/MAX Complete Realty. At the time, the office was struggling, with only 22 agents. However, having previously built and sold successful real estate offices in Calgary, Darryl and Sharon were confident in their ability to revitalize the office. By 2023, RE/MAX Complete Realty had grown to over 100 agents.
At RE/MAX Complete Realty, we are committed to creating an environment that supports and cares for our agents. We believe in fostering a community where agents can gather, build relationships, and strengthen their careers. Our offices are warm and welcoming, designed to encourage agents to connect with one another.
We hold weekly meetings, both in-person and virtually, and after each sales meeting, we enjoy a BBQ lunch with our agents. Our goal is to provide a friendly, supportive atmosphere where agents feel comfortable working, learning, and interacting in a stress-free environment.
