David Bryant

Dave Bryant has been a licensed Realtor in the city of Calgary for the past 31 years. Dave has consistently achieved recognition as one of Sutton’s Top Realtor’s and has obtained status in the prestigious MLS Million Dollar Club.

Dave is a born & raised Calgarian and represents the 2nd generation Bryants in the Calgary Real Estate Business with his father Dan. A retired 30 year veteran.

Dave brings with him extensive experience in Home Construction from several years in the trades and has built half a dozen homes from the ground up and has completed six full scale renovations on Calgary homes. He is also a relocation specialist and helps clients with the challenges often faced during home buying and selling process during difficult economic times.

He is passionate about Real Estate and focused on making his clients’ experience positive and financially satisfying.
