The office is always growing and offers our agents the spaces and training they need to succeed. Our weekly meetings always end in a lunch grilled by Darryl Terrio himself. We love to have social gatherings connecting the agents and the community and through the recent global changes, we are adapting and finding ways to safely continue that tradition. Our agents are educated on the newest tools and programs in the industry. Our engaging sales meetings are led by Darryl Terrio with agents jumping in to shed light on topics they are well versed in. We hold various meeting on topics like marketing, technology, industry changes. We have guest speakers come to the office so they can share new information with us on how to help us continue learning. The Owners Darryl and Sharon Terrio, have both been in the industry for over 25 years, working on Commercial, Residential and Investments. We run a wide range of programs within our office. There are tons of resources as a RE/MAX agent and we have developed and built in additional program options for our agents. That way regardless of where they may be in their career there are so many ways for them to continue to grow their business and expand their knowledge. Most of our programs are offered on a weekly, bi weekly or monthly sessions. We have weekly sessions for the following; agent focused sales meetings, Certified Buffini Training, Digital Marketing/Social Media Training, In-Depth Industry Discussions, and Business Management Training. Biweekly we hold a Commercial Real Estate Certification Course. Monthly our social committee meets to help organize various social events and community efforts.
